I'm watching, but don't fully understand. I looks to me like the company to slowly selling their mortgage assets, then distributing them to shareholders in the form of special dividends. (And also, for the time being, paying a regular monthly dividend.) The key question is how long will the wind up take? And what is the NAV of assets? (more than $8.30?) May need to look through the

Very good question. The companies financials do not reference a Book Value (or NAV) per share. Their YE 2014 statements indicated a NAV of $9.30 per share. A recent research report form RJ indicates they traded at 94% of BV when shares traded in ~$8.55 which equates to ~$9.10 per share. This is where it gets interesting. Awesome analysis Roxy27. A few days ago, I took a peek at the latest financials and did some quick calculations came up with $8.80 ish. (Don't quote me on it..I did it on my phone :) You're right, they are losing money, but still paying a dividend which is a huge red flag for me.
