Ursa Major Minerals Incorporated > something is up??

something is up??

This has to be one of THE undervalued stocks out there now. Aside from a low kitty the renewed production will generate cash flow. Question is do we see a PP or loan finance? Before the melt down and the strike issues, this traded well over a buck so one would think with latest developements it should creep up.

Taking a few here to see what unfolds shortly.

I haven't seen the pending news yet, but surely the news will be about a financing, which will pay for the mining/trucking now ongoing.  I sure hope it's not a big share dilution at 10c..... fingers crossed....

How often to you get a halt on PP announcement?Did anyone check insider activity? What percentage of the company can insiders hold. Are the insiders loaded with shares? SEDI and MD&A clues? There is something to ponder and look into while you wait.A deal???FH

The last UMJ halt I can see was when they pulled a hot intersection out of the Shining Tree deposit. They do not seem ever to have halted for a PP .mud

We don't view this as a bad thing. They get cashed up to continue operations and the flow thru units fund some further exploration on nickel offsets project. Without the PP they can't get started. Not bad at all. Might have to play both sides here and buy the PP with warrants too. Give it a bit of time and patience. This has to worth more than a 6 mil market cap. Maybe I'll get filled ...more

Except for the immediate reaction to the PP, we should see a steady (though punctuated, like evolution) increase in SP from here as long as the prices of Ni and Cu remain solid. I think this year might be critical though-- no economic bad news required!mud

Most time, a longer term view is better. the market might react favorably on this because we all knew they needed $$$ to get it started. Also, we will not be held down for 2 months waiting for the PP to close. They already have it subscribed by the sounds of it. Second tranche Next week. We say buy the dip if it happens. 9 cents? bring it on.FH

It's possible they had to halt for the PP due to the fact they closed part of it prior to TSX approval?? Just a guess... no further news, I guess we will see if it resumes before or for the opening.M

Obviously, they had this in motion ( buyers lined up ) as the flow thrus are done with 500k closed. The second tranche should close next week. Could worth accumulating here. Had it not been for the production halt due to terrible conditions beyond their control, would it have ever traded at 11 or 12 cents. We think not. FH
