Tell me if I am wrong here - calc

Ok, I have done some calculations. I calculated three scenarios, one being revenue on 200T/yr, the other at 4,500T/day for 365 days (I know 365 days goes against being conservative) and then finally the total probable reserve of 11.8M Tonnes.

This is what I get. Project has a value of $1.4 BILLION DOLLARS. If they ship 4,500T/day we have value of $200M/yr (assuming working 365 days a year) resulting in a mineable life if 7.5 years.

If they only ship the 200k T contracted, they are sitting on $24M/year with a 60 year life.

And I dont agree when some folks post this stat. But based on the probably reserve at Shakespeare, this company has a potential value based on revenues of $27.15/share. Now I havent included costs as they are not published yet. But this is open mining, so I suspect the costs will be relatively low. No matter how you shake it, this looks to be a stock well over $20.00/share - book value to o/s shares, based on estimated reserves. Now lets have them move this up rfom probable reserve and get going. Lotsa rare minerals here.

That is pretty damn amazing. Again, someone please tell me if there is something out with my calcs.

I mean ya gotta kinda crap a pants a teenie bit when you look at this stock under $5.00 at present, yet along $.105. Get in early, and it is early. Gonna be a great ride on this. Ok, maybe $5.00 is outrageous, given where they are in getting this out of the ground. But boy when they start proving things up and getting this out of the ground, lets all make a point of taking our yahts out to the Atlantic and meeting in Bermuda for a Dark and Stormy or five!

All the best!

I think your calculations are close. In mine, I have taken into account the recovery percentages published by UMJ in NRs and I arrive at a value of C$1.25B for Shakespeare. Haulage would need to be accounted for. Also, using Smog's (UMJ message board (2007?), method of estimating share value based on the whole deposit (take 20% for mining costs, divide the reminder by 4 and by the number of ...more

I use the shareknow.net resource web site, it has the most up to date resources of most companies and for those that have associated operating and capitol costs are also in there. As it happens for the Shakespeare project alone the per share value is mind boggling and don't forget they have more resources at Shining Tree.Anyway I discounted the probable resources by 10%, the indicated by 50 ...more

Well you took more into account than I did to get a more conservative value of $15.90. Anyway we slice it, you are absolutely right in saying this is a complete no brainer @ $.10. . I am pretty sure even my wife's shih tzu realizes that this is an opportunity that doesnt come around to often. If they can prove what they have, this is going gang busters and that shih tzu can take her profits ...more

The challenge now is to see if nickel and copper increase. Have a read. Still researching Anon selling which is usually never good but most likely a new PP buyer.Shakespeare project contains aneconomic mineral reserve and is worthy of continued development through detailedengineering and construction to produce 4,500 t/d of ore and subsequent concentrate forsale”.
