You see, these types of arrangements can bring into question....who benefits most in a marriage like this.I can tell you that in My opinion, the marriage between Patricia and Ursa did not work out very well for the Ursa shareholder. I figure that Ursa shareholders might have lost over $500,000 because of that RS relationship. Are we in repeat mode? Maybe yes, maybe no, maybe maybe?? I think a lot ...more

"You have to love RS. I think he makes a great CEO."  Oh, oh... Tickle...there you go again... getting soft and mushy on a CEO. Let me warn you once again... NEVER fall in love with any stock and/or its ceo. Never.Recall a few years ago when you fell in love with Gary KIrk and IESO and then blissfully watched your investment there go to $zero.... you, of all people, should have ...more

And you can't blame RS for doing it again. The time seems to be right to take advantage of all his situations....and as a great CEO...he has to do ...more

Cupricity, It's good to see Ursa Major International re-emerging as Auriga. And why not share office space? It makes good economic sense. Kudos to RS for the way he's brought UMJ through the downturn, and is now turning cash flow to bring further shareholder value. mud
