I don't know jack about ISM.
 
I do know that in light of the cash flow from their mine, this PP is a huge betrayal of shareholders, and should tell everyone what they need to know about UMJ management.

 It is likely a sweetheart deal for friends of UMJ management. Anyone try to get allocation to the PP?

Ask yourself this:Why doesn't UMJ management wait till a week after they release Q4 numbers to announce their PP? This way they can do the PP at potentially a much higher price? I think the reason is clear - they are opening the candy jar and F- other shareholders who have either stuck with them over the years or done their DD and discovered UMJ on their own.
