RS doesn'rt want to fight ISM

Heck, RS and his gang don't have enough shares amongst the group to put up any voting resistance. Why do you think RS wants to do a deal and appoint Inspiration board members??

If RS thought owning shares of URSA was such a great investment, he wouldn't be offering deals. What RS knows is URSA gives him a regular payday and an office to work out of with his other projects.

For a while anyway.

IMHO....Inspiration is in and RS and the gang are gone.
