Maroon et al..UMJ share price could be cut in Half

Ok guys, knock me for being a new entry to stockhouse. Have lurked for long time but have not seen a situation like this to cause me to post.  I have no axe to grind but let me ask this to you Maroon and others.  What is the single biggest risk to the SP of Ursa going forward?  By that I mean, what single event could case your investment to be easily cut in half?  If you don't answer the milling agreement of 200,000 T/A with Xstrata that expires in December and as of today is yet to be renewed, you are foolish.  If this agreement is not renewed, we go from a producer to a specuative resource and cash flow goes to zero,  If you don't think share price gets cut in half you are nuts.  That said, if agreement could be tweaked on  renewal and add say an extra 200,000 T/A our share price sings.  Given Slate from Forbes of Hayward and Trevisiol, who manged Xstrata and Falconbridge in Sudbury, and negotiated Ursa contract, who do you think is better able to pull this off???  If you say current slate please articulate reasons.  Again, I get you dont like Miller but if you are a serious shareholder how do you vote for current slate?
