First off, not a shareholder. Second, doing some DD here and this asset is worth FAR more than .20c. Third, that block was bought by whom ?....a white hatted good guy ?.......a black hatted bad guy ?.............from my perspective....its a good guy expecting a "NO" vote on Tuesday and the share price tripling........I will look at getting some at open.........opinions please....

I don't think it can be bad. The share price rise is at odds with the approach of the dissidents so far. This is not under the table or weasely. mud

Can't say either way... however as of Jan 1, 2011 there were ~64 mil shares outstanding... so 5 mil would put someone into the position of either being a new majority shareholder (Holding greater than 10%) or increasing someones majority shareholder stake even further (the Dissidents) or... it could be the BOD decided to do a share buyback to maintain control of the company. .............they (current management) seem to be a breed apart from the usual douche bag capitalists that run these typical "wash, rinse. repeat" share spewing machines.....i looked at that mine numbers and this thing should be waaay over a buck !!...........
