24.5 cents

An insider bought 8% of the company at 24.5 cents- the 52 week high.  Will be interesting to see tomorrow.  Question for everyone.  If someone bought 5.6 million shares at 24.5 cents at 3.51pm why would someone sell 20,000 at 20 cents 8 minutes later???
Also who is the insider.  Are F&M the new insider?  ISM can't buy that many shares without going over the 20% threshold.  My guess is a long time shareholder dumped to white knight on the board.

Agreed. It was a ten minute fusillade of buying to take it up to 24.5 cents. Like there was a big juicy apple hanging in the tree waiting to be plucked.mud

You guys always look to the bright side of everything. a while ago you called the Inspiration move as dead. Too funny....The nails are being driven into the URSA coffin. If RS and the BofD had of had a stronger hold on the company, with major institution backers, this would not be happening.I think it is good that RS gets his sorry a.s.s booted. URSA shareholders should have taken a harder line ...more

Or was it ISM dumping the shares? They have the proxy vote for those shares already. Maybe they are getting out as they may be confident that they have the vote for change. Why hold something you are going to drive into the ground? On the other hand, maybe they know they can't win so they seized the moment and took a whopping profit on half their shares. Lots of snakes in the grasses lately.v.

Stop trying to rationalize every move the self interested, ethically challenged Board of Directors and Miller make. You sound like WHALER on that PUMP and DUMP AGORA Board IMHO. Take a stand - stop acting like you don't know what's going on here .....
