Proxy contest specialist

This guy gets involved with disputes.
The questions are?  He obviously likes what he saw to buy in at 24.5 cents?  This is what F&M would have had to have done to have my vote- ie- buy in then try and take us over- they could have had 40% with ISM and F&M.  And the stock price would be in a lot better shape.
Instead Richard goes to this guy (I am guessing) and gets him involved.  He thinks- wow- what a value. The same as Randy and the F&M raiders.  But instead of trying to upstage RS he just buys in.  The honest way to do things!  This is a very very good omen if my intuition is telling me the truth.
F&M in their speach say that we are worth 60 cents anyways.  That will be after their massive dilution package and big board member perks.

He bought in to get a good say in the vote.  There also was not enough shares out there so he had to spend more in a hurry. It also was to get the attention of people.  Some people will spend 2 cents to get 1 cent, if they know next year they'll make 4.
