Shareholder vote
Wesley controlled 14% of the company going into the vote for control...we have 33, 439,000 for RS and 21,373,000 for RM... with old wes having 7.5 million shares to vote. So if wes had NOT bought the shares from a disgruntled shareholder that wanted out and was probably going to vote against RS (and he got a good price for his shares....24 cents...wow!)....the tally for the overwhelming support for RS would have been:
RM- 21,373,000 + 7.5 million=28,873,000
RS-33,439,000- 7.5 million= 25,939,000
Wes saved the day. Now, can he do it for the shareholders??? My guess is no. The market does not see any value in this steaming pile of sch,,at.
