NKL PEA halt question
Do you think that UMJ will be halted if NKL releases the PEA during trading hours? NKL should be halted of course, but might PCY and UMJ continue trading? PCY kept trading when the UMJ takeover offer was announced, despite them being the largest shareholder in NKL with 42% of NKL shares at the time. It was material news, and look at the wide share price swings that might have been prevented if it had been halted at the same time.
If this happens, I'd expect a lot of the asks on PCY and UMJ to get burnt and lose their shares for a measly couple percent gain to the first person who sees the NKL halt.
Volatile, interesting days ahead.
I wonder if the builder of that rather large wall at .12 at the moment might get caught...
