I cant seem to find why exactly we want to own you guys. Whats the purpose of this merger?

 

Considering its a strictly share trade deal.... are you guys planning on holding NKL or selling off as soon as you get them?

From the Information Circular dated May 30, 2012  Schedule G outlines Accounts Receivable in the value of $1,859,465, that's uncollected revenue, correct me if I am wrong, but that's a lot of moolah.
