Nevertheless, you must be misunderstood. There is and was enough cash on hand until Relief Canyon reached full production. Plans changed. Instead of waiting until full production at Relief and using cash from operations then to develop Gelana Complex Mr. Blassuti wisely decided to raise cash in the market to quicken the development process at the Gelana Complex to take advantage of the rising silver price environment. That is the basics of it - simple.
So what did Mr. Blassuti do? He raised over the initial $30M wanted to nearly $34M because of the strong interest in the stock. Maybe you think Mr. Blassuti has no credibility, but, those that took part in its recent financing feel otherwise as evidenced being oversubscribed. The investors are bullish.
