I'm not very knowledgeable about mining techniques. What specific "run of mine alternatives" might the company employ? Does it seem like there is still hope for Relief Canyon to be a profitable mine?

Run of mine just means they aren't doing in crushing. They are just blasting and then putting it on the leach pad. They are doing that because it is the cheapest way to mine while they figure out what to do. There's no solution to preg-robbing carbon other than a CIL plant. No run of mine techniques can overcome preg-robbing carbon.
