R For Restriction

Did anyone else notice the big Red R for "Restricted Trading"?  Guess it will stay that way until avg price climbs back above $2 (if that ever happens!)  I suppose a number of the Funds that bailed didn't do so because they wanted to cut their losses; rather because they are not allowed to hold "penny stocks".  As said, working on assumptions here. Can anyone confirm current cut off price?

I see no "R" for trading.  USAS trades on the AMEX, which has other such stocks as THM and up until yesterday WRN which traded well below $2 for quite some time.  I think the $2 level was the original hurdle needed to be passed so that USAS could list stateside. Of course, that was more or less a boondoggle which led to the 1:12 reverse split.  I wonder how much better a ...more
