Massive Volume Spike

Over 14M shares traded, according to Yahoo Finance.  Is this a mistake? Did someone exercise a warrant?  More dilution on the way, as part of new Financing round?  Fund had to liquidate when price dropped to 0.20???  Still no sign of Financials.  Withholding bad news or same old incompetence and failure to meet self-imposed deadlines?
