jd, I dont see the rrelationship between a jump in volume like that and someone doing a financing especially at teh same price Only think I can think of is promo coming.  ie do financing to get some money in company, get some MMs and promoters in on financing, get rest of promoters to buy in wash trades (your 14 million).  start the pump!

Agree, for the most part.  Didn't want to use the phrase "pump and dump". Such a large spike in volume clearly signified something was up.  I do recall that they said back in late Q3 they were trying to do a materials backed financing to fund expansion in Mexico.  I guess that fell through and they went for the tried and true dilution.  The Prezi was a dead give

Yea skylar that was obvious.  The PP and the feeble attempt to bring the share price up kind of gave it away. I dont think financials are going to be any good since they did this before their release.  In fact I bet the financials are going to show they have NO money left All in all not a lot of confidence in these guys and losing more as we go.
