I think the 2 go hand in hand. If news isn't so good, they will release it tomorrow (Friday.) They were likely waiting to sign the Credit & Offtake Agreement (so they could add a post Balance Sheet Date note to the Press Release.) So it's either today (good news) , tomorrow (bad) or very early next week.
