No real surprises here. This means significant (but not unexpected) dilution, just when the company is poised to turn profitable.  At first, I thought dilution was at a substantial premium to current share price, but then realised the press release quotes in Cdn dollarettes. :(  So it is actually at a slight discount.  Hopefully, the new Management Team will  grow the business

This is good news USA Silver , Huet done a good job on Karora and more investment from sprott is very positive . I no longer have the fear that this company will go bankrupt , there's money to be made here . GLTA
