Press Release

Congrats to USAS on fulfilling Closing conditions related to shareholder approval.  Looking forward to Press Release re Closing the deal.  Glass half empty - not unexpected, but rather significant dilution.  Glass half full - I'd rather own less of a (now) seemingly viable entreprise.  Can't wait to see production numbers adjusted for 100% ownership of Galena.  On the bright side, significant dilution will mean a much lower loss per share going forward :).  When (and if) they turn the corner to profitability (Q2 next year???), we'll have to live with the low profit / share.

Yes, we knew dilution was coming according to already released information, the upside in price appreciation is pretty much gone unless/when/if  they can become profitable, which will take some time, hard to believe they survived this long with 1 shaft operational out of 4 at Galena but hopefully that's history now, I've bought more over the years( won't say averaged down) to give ...more
