I added 10000 in call options of strike price 3 at $4.30 for jan 2022.

Weird trade. Why not pick a higher strike price for cheaper and get twice as many? Make waaaaay more with the same move in stock price.

that is speculation, this is like investment, 40 cents more, and i am breakeven. If i would have bought higher strike call, no doubt i have gotten more options, but it will take a lot of time to breakeven.

I guess, but If you're paying so much for the option why not just buy the stock and take out the time risk all together? Isnt the point of buying an option to give yourself leverage to the moves in stock prices?  I bought some $7 March calls for .31. Now they're at around .55 so I've almost doubled my money on the stock price moving a buck. Where as with you're method the ...more
