Restarting Frozen Wells Might Take Time
Water freezing in the pipes may have damaged them or the equipment they're connected to, and even just getting to the wells to repair them as the ice thaws might not be so easy either. This is sounding more and more like a long-lasting issue, which can only bode well for oil prices.

cowboy boots can be quite slippery on ice perhaps they can dig their spurs in.
