Oil needs to stop decreasing and start increasing. Hopefully with favourable news of global oil shortages and draws the price will start to rise.

Lol obviously meant increase more from $63 bucks. Past 3 days decline. From $68 WTI to high $62, what word would you choose instead of "increase".
