Might be... but deaths and hospitalization rates are VERY low for the Delta variant.... yes it spreads easier, and even fully vaccinated ppl can get it. But it’s FARR less lethal. Death rates are still declining even as case counts climb.... and we havnt seen that yet. So while more infectious, Delta is way less lethal. Studies have found its on par with getting a cold. I belive we have reached that point where the consensus among pretty much everyone worldwide is that no economy, no matter how strong can afford another lock down.
