Oil up 83 cents at 9.30 pm Sunday

Oil up 83 cents this evening at 9.30 pm Sunday. Oil stocks will be moving again. 74.88 now. I'll never forgive myself for selling this stock but glad to be back in. I hope I learned my lesson.

There's been many times WTI has been up during overseas hours.... But quickly reversed soon as New York opened. Never play the market, man. Invest, know what you are buying, dollar cost average and hold for the long haul. Unless, you are extremely good the playing the gm of trading...then fine but....me....I'm not so my strategy is long term.

Your right stockmarket 1. I had some success trading but lately been screwing up. Getting out at the wrong time. I got into the market in Nov. 2007. It crashed in 08. So I'm shell-shocked. PTSD maybe from shock of losing so much in my first time at investing. So I gotta learn to invest all over again. But I've been holding this one and a few others for a while. But panicked Thinking oil ...more

Yes, no doubt! With the energy crunch we are now hearing about. I think this rally still has a way to go! Some of these companies have yet to start large buy share buy-backs and re-instate dividends.So, because of that, I doubt things are still priced in. There's more catch-up imho....and we're not even into the winter cold months yet!  I wonder if we see $14 a share for VET soon?
