We plan to reinstate a dividend in Q1 2022. Although it is still subject to board approval, our intention is to reinstate a fixed quarterly dividend (5-10% of FFO stress-tested at lower prices including US$55/bbl WTI) while continuing to focus on debt reduction. And how does that account for no dividend now?  OR still paying down debt  to get under their 1.5 target?   I'm still not sure the market is going to like it but like I said, we'll see in the morning. So is that $20 in Q1-22 before the Q4-21 ER?

I like that they gave FCF guidance of over $600 million (3.75 per share) for 2022 at strip. I like to value the stocks at 20% FCF right now so 3.75 x 5 = 19 bucks easily attainable.
