Ft Mac routine Shut down

CNRL is on a 2 full month shut down and are other producers. No oil coming outta AB for a bit.

Shutdowns happen all year, and they are staggered. Every station goes down for at least 8 weeks of the year, often more. This won't affect prices at all.
