While we agree with your assessment that our stock is cheap, we do not view the risk of a hostile takeover as a likely event. Our internationally diversified asset base is very unique and highly valuable, but it would take a very specific buyer with similar operational capabilities to successfully replicate what we are able to do.

 

We are committed to achieving our debt targets and will then consider augmenting our return of capital to shareholders.

Thx for posting this mnztr . After last earnings report.... I'm pretty optimistic / upbeat going forward with VET. Held VET for just over 2 yrs now.....averaged down enough during the lows that I was finally I've been in the green sometime mid last yr. Very happy! For VET...Even if 2022 ends up 50% as good as 2021 was that be awesome. I don't think 50% isn't asking too much.

Well the first quarter is almost over and it should be there best quarter in the history of this company in requards to debt reduction and FCF I wish I was getting my 23 cents per month but I can be a little more patient. The way things are going it should be their best year ever????

Wow....WTI hit $123 a barrel and just 1 week later it's now in Bear market territory. Unreal! I honestly didn't think such a downturn would occur so swift. We're now seeing this reflect in the energy share prices which, of course, is obvious.  Long term, I see believe VET is a great investment but the question now is? How low does the share price go before accumulating more ...more
