Hello.. not sure where you got these quotes/numbers from but I've noticed a few providers have skewed numbers.. the yield is actually .92% as the 6 cents is paid quarterly... NOT monthly.. at this point.. but in my opinion we  should expect at least a doubling of the divi for Q3..

Look no further than right here on the SH board showing monthly payments of $.06 monthly and a yield of 2.751% Of course your numbers are correct as is your statement that the dividend could and should double.  Quite frankly it would only take a triple to match SH's payment and yield shown which would suit me fine.  Perhaps it is an omen of things to come? Agreed in reality the dividend should be 3X of what it it today.. but I think a double for next quarter could be realistic and maybe another 50% for Q4 that would bring us to the roughly ~3% yield that would be competitive.. heck I can get 3.5% now on a no risk 1 yr. GIC and that hasn't yet accounted for the last 100 basis point rate increase..!
