I ddn't see the EU bail out Vermillion when they were struggling tremendously . It has to work both ways . This will not go through and if it does Vernillion should sue them for billions. This is a communist /dictatorship move that essentially makes private funds public.   Like good old Russia seizing assets randomly and on a whim because they needed a piece of the action .
