The Windfall tax is bluster in the wind... All countries need to be in agreement for it to pass. Good luck with that! Furthermore, More chance of the EU breaking apart in 2023 as civil unrest is quickly manifesting across Europe and it's being censored in North America what's really going on in Europe.
