Obviously he is going to talk about energy companies, and obviously he will concentrate on Canadian ones. Hence, not surprisingly, he will mention VET. So what?Anyone who invests on the basis of an investment manager is a candidate for losses IMO.

the idea is the best performing energy fund on earth and a smart guy probably worth paying attention when he buys something, although so big now that he cant buy just anything. he stayed away from vet for a long time. i had vet before and after the drop and as we get back up to 100$ brent soon, hard to see vet satying below 30

If you have been paying attention the last year you will know he was always down on VET and wouldn't even take questions on it  . Something changed in Dec . and he bought almost 10 % of the company . His top picks usually get a pop .  That's how traders make money . I never said it was an investment . He may not even pick it but it's worth a shot and the odds are in my favor ...more
