q3 report just out !!!

I am not impress at all...

I sold most of my shares with no regret...

we can buy back on the cheap anytime...

total production between 82 000 to 86 000 is not enough

DEBT is still far too high and is decreasing slowly...very slowly
Comment by Overertune on Nov 01, 2023 7:24pm
Production will be up 5%+ in q4, besides Europe gas and NG commodity prices are both up 50%. VET is basically an NG company.
Comment by Quintessential1 on Nov 01, 2023 7:31pm
Another we.  I am not surprise you are not impress. 82000-86000 was guidance. Debt will be at targets to trigger 50% returns to shareholders in Q1 of 2024.  Good luck with trying to buy back on the cheap again.   They did good! GLTA

If you got in at $3.31 and didn't sell when it was a tenfold increase you are greedy and a fool.
Comment by loopsbutterfly on Nov 01, 2023 9:31pm

Comment by Quintessential1 on Nov 01, 2023 9:36pm
Uh huh.  $37 was over a year ago.  If you think $19 is cheap, where were you when they were $15? GLTA

TOU sure has some impressive numbers Pandora.. makes me think they'll be looking for a bolt on addition at some point soon..? Who's the closest to their play that could be folded in nicely? Kelt..? Crew? Advantage? That said VET's go forward plans are looking good too..  will have to see how fickle the market is tomorrow for any direction..??
Comment by GregC24 on Nov 02, 2023 10:24am
Well, the market certainly doesn't like it.  As of 10:30 down 3% while peers are up 1-2 points.  WIll be interesting to see if the conference call in 30 minutes changes anything.

In another stock...you should never fall in love! the trendline was down sharply and I never buy a falling knife unless I see a reversal in the making
Comment by Quintessential1 on Nov 02, 2023 11:50am
So you sold all your VET stock over a year ago,  post nothing then and nothing at any other VET ER including EOY but post now about getting cheap shares at $19 when they were much much cheaper earlier.  Why? GLTA

I did.  You said buy at $18 it might be going to $15 but now you say $19 is cheap. You said you sold out at $37 in August of 2022.  You haven't bought or sold since? GLTA
