Seems a tad harsh a penalty to me frankly. Let's hope that the Alberta SC judgement wasn't coloured!

no I dont agree the penalty is correct otherwise it is not fair for retail investors

She made 146K has to pay 400K PLUS the taxes on the 146K and is banned for trading for 10 years. That is a fair penalty for fraud. Well done.

Harsh?, how much did she buy? How much did she make? Was she banned for life, any jail? Did she lose her job?

March 21,2022 she bought 265 000 Leucrotta-shares at around $1.32 March 28,2022 she sold 265 000 Leucrotta- shares at $1.87 she is no longer with Vermilion since June 2022 I think
