SPECIAL DIVIDEND

MHP, we believe that you have convinced the masses that VET is very profitable and will continue to be profitable several quarters hence. At no time, however, have you mentioned the possibility of a “SPECIAL DIVIDEND”. It is my opinion, that it would not be a wise business decision to raise the dividend for the company would then be obligated with future dividend expenses. A “Special Dividend”, however, for example, $0.10/ share would only cost the company $15.53 million and surely would get the attention of several financial Institutions and would keep all the existing share holders invested in VET.

Well I do want VET to get rerated, I know it will happen soon.  The balance sheet is great no issues, the share count is going down quickly, and the debt issue is behind them.  VET has paid off 409 million of debt so far this year, interest oon debt 5.625% that will reduce interest costs per year by about 23 million dollars.
