I said weeks earlier, the Co needed to file under CCAA protection to give themselves time to reorganize and stop the petition for bankruptcy under BIA.  Although getting out of CCAA proceedings would likely end up with a huge rollback in shares with creditors getting a big chunk of the new shares. At least, shareholders would not be totally wiped out under BIA bankruptcy. The gold is there.
