Premier needs to get some BIG Zalls AND
quite fooling around and meet with First Nations and say look we just spent 50m$ on the start of remediation (there's a lot of Yukoners that aren't happy about that), and we might need to, like, dump another 200m$ of taxpayers $$$ on this. In case you forgot we represent ALL citiizens, not a select few.
JM and co. (right or wrong) have been hammered, OK? Now me and you might be in the poo zone if VG comes after us.
You now want the Terrritorial Supreme Court to appoint a receiver and then you own the show, lets talk about how that is going to work?
This is going to be the blackest day The Yukon has seen in the last 40 years. There's an election coming up.
So how about some cooperation? You know JM (we think) did a Yukon Soaps commercial for you and contributed 1m$ to the band (and more) with a lot more to come, right?
PS: John McConnell (you?) I thought the commercial was great, BIG ZALLS. :) As to closure of the mine YTG stated "We had no intention of ending the work of that corporation". What! Seriousy? It is quite probable that everyone is calling BS on that one.

Really? And on whose advice of satisefaction did you make that determination?
