In the last YTG update there was mention of an appeal in the courts. Has anyone seen anything on this. I assume it is VG or their creditors.

It was mentioned that there was a time frame to file an appeal, which they expected wasn't going to be challenged, who in their right mind would want to take control and responsibility for this disaster?

You're dreaming Routan, give it up, this Turkey is done. It might take a couple of years just to clean up this mess. Heap Leach mining in its current form might be a thing of the past in YT.

Thats crazy talk. The Yukon cannot be successful without policies that encourage economic development. Everyone is dependant on handouts from bankrupt governments. Clean it up and move forward quickly or economic collapse. Everyone wants something for nothing. They cannot fix anything without revenues. Working together without all the politics is the only solution.

Alot of foolish nonsense! The Yukon does not need that much to be successful.  There are more people living in my neighbors house than in the whole Yukon lol.   What is the total population of the Yukon about 45,000?  And that probably includes bears, beaver and bull frogs!   Is it about happiness for most or wealth for the few?

You don't say!  Here I thought a receiver was appointed to clean toilettes!
