There is not going to be a billion dollar settlement and any of it goes to retail shareholders either. $100 million to shareholders, is still laughable. Comments by the badger are just plain silly and unfounded. IS that really what some former shareholders are counting on ? John may get his 2 year, "i got fired' payout. He is way in front of you. Shareholders see nothing left from all the debt, creditors, who are at the trough before little ole stockhouse shareholder. Just the facts.
