A bit like Chinese water torture. Unfortunately and as mentioned before, it could remain this way until we get some trading volume. GLTA

Obviously this is a mom and pop insider shop, all you have to do is look at the overpaid compensation, management is sucking out of the coffers to live the good life without earning it! Why would they care about shareholders, when the biggest player here "Francis Shen" is as quiet as a church mouse....LOL.... Nearly all the contracts announced to date, even though fairly frequent, amount ...more

According to Simply Wall Street: Matlow's total compensation of $519,000 is indeed higher than average for a company VHI's size. However, of this total amount, $240,000 (or 46%) is paid in salary, which is below average. One correction: The $279,000 non-salary portion of Matlow's compensation is actually referred to as "other", so some / most  / alll of it may not take the form of company shares, but, again, according to Simply Wall Street, this "......indicates that CEO pay is linked to company performance".

Thanks for pointing out U.K. population ; the only thing you left out is the size of Canada's population - 38 million rounded up. Would it be better to be Canada centric or focused on a world market? Obvious answer. Comparisions to Quarterhill/ Wilan are not appropriate as that company suffers in a dramatic way from inconsistent patent licensing , IMO

"Obviously?!!" You use that term pretty loosely there James. They ALL have good skin in the game and have from the getgo. I too have been in since $.15 pre-split, traded a bit and held most of it. Bought more this past week under $2.85. Twice. Bought with profits from Moderna actually. For what these guys have accomplished in a few short years is actually staggering. Solid Recurring ...more

Turned out it was lemonade in my Kellogs....LOL... Thanks for your staunch defenses of VHI gentlemen, it is some comfort! 25 million annual revenue is peanuts in the world of successful public companies and gathers no attention at all from the real players without good profits. GLTA....

These are the main reasons I like VHI from a business standpoint: 1) They are in the healthcare sector. 2) They are a software company with products that appear to be gaining popularity. 3) They focus on being a SaaS business with high-levels of recurring revenue, not medical equipment providers or bricks and mortar plays like clinics etc. which can be costly to run and whose revenues are ...more
