NR

08:03 AM EST, 01/06/2022 (MT Newswires) -- VitalHub Corp. (VHI.TO), a software for Health and Human Services provider, on Thursday announced a significant licensing transaction of subsidiary Intouch with Health's patient flow platform to Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.

In Nov 2021, Royal Berkshire secured central funding to support the Trust's digital transformation and digitization of health and care systems. The transaction is principally focused on Royal Berkshire Hospital and allows the licensed solutions to be used at all six Trust sites. This deal comes as a result of the Trust having identified a need for a platform which would enable a longer term objective to digitally transform outpatient coordination.

"This is evidence that our acquisition strategy which focuses on synergistic solutions is working to improve health outcomes, system-wide, for our customers. The Royal Berkshire's investment in improving the outpatient experience and the success of our business in 2021 underlines that there is a significant opportunity to grow our leadership position in the outpatient flow optimization category. The Intouch platform continues to be the leading patient flow system in the UK market," said Dan Matlow, CEO of VitalHub Corporation.

The previous contract appears to be have been much smaller. Just two solutions. Today , the Trust purchased the following Intouch modules from VitalHub; Flow Manager, Self-Check-In, Mobile Appointment Manager, Patient Calling, Wait Time Manager, Activity Manager, and HL7 Integration with Cerner, thus meeting the Trust’s criteria to work with a technology provider capable of offering digital ...more

I think that this contract agreement is splendid!! This is the kind of contract that will have a snowball effect. I see much more to come, in the UK most probably. UK is a big market and VHI is establishing a strong base there. Very good NR indeed. GLTA

Excellent indeed neuf, agreed. U.K quite obviously has witnesssed first-hand VHI's promise to streamline patient care. The adoption has been quick & dramatic there. A blanket adoption would really mean something! One more acquisition and a few more contracts in 2022 and we're likely at $30M in recurring revenues or more. Stock still at $3.00 and tightly owned. Nice to see Dan, Brian ...more

Pretty funny how good news always seems to shake down VHI share price....:-) I guess there are many things I don't understand GLTA

As has often been the case, the drop In SP really has nothing to do with VHI. Very low volume simply indicates a few investors who are nervous in these markets. For those with patience and a long term investment horizon, it's another buying opportunity. GLTA

I have absolutely no doubt in the VHI performance overtime. It is somehow strange that no matter how the overall market is, VHI doesn't seem to get notice after a contract announcement or a good NR. I follow a number of small cap companies, and a good news is almost always followed by a little push.... But as I mentioned, I truly believe there will be a big payoff somewhere in a near future. And once again this morning, we have a few retail investors panicking and flushing their shares away on the cheap. We'll see how the day progresses but I might add a few more. GLTA
