A small aquisition, but at a 1.5 price/sales, it seems like a very good deal. The 60% RR is very interesting also. And Golden, don't forget the RR is 600 000 not dollars. More like 1 000 000$CAN. Good news!!! We're getting there....GLTA

Yes, according to my calcuations, VHI's acquisition of Beautiful Systems for a total purchase price 1,55M Bitish Pounds equates to approximately 2.54M Canadian, so not a huge addition in terms of acquisition cost, but it is estimated that Beautiful Systems will provide 1.7M Canadian in annual revenue, of which slightly over 1M Canadian (or roughly 60%) ie expected to be recurring in nature.
