Financing

Yes the SP will fall today to reflect the financing although I expect it to close above that level. But given that VHI only hit the $6.00 mark a month ago, to arrange for that level of financing at that price is very impressive and a strong indication of the confidence that investment firms have in the future of this company. When it closes  above the $6 offering price , you might consider what the company might do with the over $65 million( cash on hand and $35 million)  they will have. Needle moving purchase?

Or watch them announce an upsizing to the bought deal sometime in the next day (jk please no) . I really don't like equity raises but I guess this is the appropriate time to do one if they have a plan for the dollars.
