Medcurrent Acquisition is incredible.
Investigating the imaging/MRI numbers in the billions/year, this is a serious playing card for Vital.
Sitting on a hoard of cash, the $12M seems like a 2X revenue with another $7M/year over 3 years as they integrate, seems relatively cheap and doesn't hurt the balance sheet, leaves enough room for more Acquisitions and with ARR $50M+ and proven synergistic ability, Vital is stepping into powerhouse territory. Not sure how long this story remains relatively unknown, but I am loving this.
