Alot of bear volume today?

What is going on? I always thought VII was a well run company, and pretty solid. I am surprised to see this almost at penny stock land - sub $1.

From what I can tell, they arent in dire straits and should be able to weather this storm...

What am I missing?

They are solid, but Condy is tied to WCS..... They need to suspend drilling. This proactive move will restore confidence.
