Interesting story circulating that has Lukoil interested in a 48% share of a private oil company in Alberta, Velvet. Whats more intriguing is a suggestion the big prize for them would be VII. I wonder what our government would say about that.

So the question is why does this stock lag paramount so drastically... also I think that the lukoil talk is good for seven gen holders as the commodities rise up we could get a fair offer from a company like lukoil in the future
