I see no torqe, or value is this merger, all it did was save an underperforming management team at VII generations from loosing their jobs.
ARC has done a better job of managing the balance sheet, and having an overall strategy, something which was obviously lacking at VII Generations.
ARC President and CFO are great communicators, with pension fund approval, it means they gave up on the current management team.
I would rather be in a smaller more nimble play, like pou which has all the potential of a ARC - VII Generations merger, with less than 1/5 the float.
When POU issues a dividend it will be meaningful, and not a measly 6 cents per share.
I am going to sell the next day after i bought in and ride into the sunset, this will take a year to sort itself out.
IMHO
