thats a great point about arx having to catych up to vii share price to make that swap....but think about this.....
-oil keeps climbing over the next two months
-maybe gas does as well

vii runs up to 11-12$ as was their target....and vica versa arx runs up to that range too
who says thaty cannot happen?

husky went from 3.88$- 6.89$ in the span that it took the deal to close with cenovus in that two month span
that was a 45% gainer from the day the deal was announced....
i think that can easily happen here....and i also belive a white knight could emerge yet....alot of companys had their eyes on vii....they didnt act fast enough but nothing fixes that issue like a good old case of offering up another 15-25% premium...with a dividend to boot...

am i wrong?

I followed the Husky story, i agree with you. i think the rise to 15 will happen sooner than later
