I will tell you exactly how long, when you tell me how long oil will stay at 59.62 wti..... Its a big question mark but this we know that is where it is at today, and when people see their gas bills next month, they may start thinking about the carbon taxes they are paying. I know this for sure, next week is a big draw, and it may set the tone for gas prices for longer then you think
